Wayapa Wuurrk: Earth Connection, Ancestral Healing and Psychedelic Integration

Wayapa Wuurrk®, meaning “Connect to the Earth” in the languages of the Maara and GunaiKurnai Peoples, is an Earth Mind Body Spirit wellbeing practice grounded in over 80,000 years of Aboriginal wisdom. This experiential workshop invites participants to reconnect with the living Earth, their own ancestral healing, and the cellular memory carried through their lineage.

Through a guided storytelling process, mindful movement sequence, and Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing, participants will explore the 14 interconnected elements of Wayapa Wuurrk®, embodying reciprocity, respect, and stewardship for Country. Together we will explore how ancient Indigenous knowledge systems can ground expanded states of consciousness, support integration, and reawaken the deep knowing of who we are in relation to all life. No prior experience is required — only a willingness to slow down, listen deeply, and return to the Earth as the teacher and healer.
