Regenerating Our Future: Seeds, Propagation & Plant Connection

This practical and experiential workshop explores the sacred and practical art of seed saving, propagation and cultivating relationships with plants as a pathway to regeneration. Together we will learn easy propagation techniques for vines, cacti and seeds, alongside discussions on ancestral varieties of edible plants, seed viability and storage for conservation.

Participants will be guided through a plant connection exercise - sitting in presence with a living plant if outside or visualising if we are inside, to deepen awareness of its spirit and its teachings to us. We will also explore the role of offerings and reciprocity, drawing from traditions that Annaliese has learnt from on pilgrimages to various sacred gardens in Mexico, Peru, Canada that honour plants with gifts of gratitude.

By weaving together practical skills, ethnobotanical knowledge and embodied connection, this workshop invites us to sow seeds for our collective future and honour the guardians who have carried these traditions across generations.
