Releasing and restoring: Hatha and Kundalini Yoga

This practice offers accessible postures suitable for all bodies and ages, blending Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork. Together, we'll move through two states: the stillness of relaxation, and the vibrant flow of creating and circulating energy.

Addressing the constant and exhausting state of alertness to which we are structurally exposed in daily life, the focus will first be on cultivating the capacity to relax through asanas, approached in a gentle and present way. Building on principles of Kundalini Yoga, the practice will then transition to stimulating and moving energy through posture and breath.

Recognising that our bodies hold experiences and emotions, this practice is an open invitation to explore and feel - to move between release and activation, and to connect with new layers of awareness.
