This drop-in restorative yoga and embodied mindfulness session offers a gentle, grounding experience to support your nervous system and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythms. Through supported postures, somatic awareness, and meditation practice, you’ll be guided into a state of rest and repair.
At its heart, Garden States is about deepening our relationship with the natural world. This session is an opportunity to honour that intention in an embodied way—by slowing down, listening inward, and attuning to the landscape within and around us.
